I was lucky to be born and bred in the Black Sea region with
the four large rivers’ mouths, where Sturgeon Species have been living in
abundance for millions of years. Before I migrated from my native Ukraine to NZ
in 2002, at my local farmers’ markets, Sturgeon Caviar was an everyday goods
for sales (just like mussels). I was fortunate enough to have consumed buckets
of all known Caviar types during the first twenty years of my life, including
Beluga, Ossetra, Sterlet and Sevruga.
Therefore, I have become a Caviar Expert by real experience, which I am
using to establish a legal channel of genuine Sturgeon Caviar importation, from
the Sturgeon’s native waters where they have existed for 250 million years.

My company is located on the territory of my Ukrainian
Kirichuk family’s property in the picturesque Historic Village of Puhoi, on the
panoramic hospitality venue of Puhoi Organic Distillery, run by my parents and
myself. Thus, the New Zealand Caviar House is the most advanced version of a
Caviar House in the world: one-stop-shop for the best quality Caviar and the
best quality artisan Vodkas!
