PICK-UP
You are welcome to collect your online order from the New Zealand Caviar House located at 9 Saleyards Road, Puhoi, North Auckland. Please select the ‘pick-up in store’ option when placing your order.
We will contact you to advise you that your order is ready for collection.
You can collect your order from NZ Caviar House during normal business hours any day, including the weekends.
Please note, that the "ready for collection" notification by phone, text or email is required to be received by you from us before order is to be collected.
Should you wish to add and pay for extra items to your order while you are collecting your original order on site, this can be done, as we have EFTPOS/Credit card payment facilities.
Delivery & Shipping Cost:
Each and every delivery of your Caviar order is done swiftly and efficiently, in a properly insulated, chilled package to ensure freshness and compliance with the NZ law and our high health & safety standards.
For Auckland-wide customers: we take pride in swift personal delivery to your door, and will take delight in handing your precious Caviar cargo to you.
Please note that Caviar orders CANNOT be left on your porch, postal box or similar. In other words, we CANNOT leave your Caviar order unattended.
We will, however, communicate with you promptly upon receiving your order and work and discuss the most suitable day and time for the delivery for you.
Auckland-wide shipping costs:
For orders starting from $495 we offer free Auckland-wide delivery.
For orders below $495 we charge $10 to $40, depending on the part of Auckland your delivery address is (and how far from our Caviar Chiller it is).
New Zealand-wide deliveries are available, to most major NZ Couriers depots only, where they can be collected and signed for by the customer.
